1) Movies as appealing as American History X don’t hit the screens very often; when they come out they leave an long lasting impact. This movie is about racism backed by hideous thoughts that’s been implanted in people’s mind from generations.
2) Edward Norton as Derek Vinyard is just outstanding. Derek regrets his past and badly wants to stop his brother following his footsteps; does he succeed? Watch the movie. It’s an important one.
